I own this book. While it does contain some valuable information on the Value Methodology process, it not to be considered more than a companion to the. "Park's book gives you useful tools to approach complex problems in systems or components, but more importantly he encourages you to approach those. This book is full of practical applications of value engineering, including a number of case studies. I found the book very valuable in preparing me for the Value.
